Welcome to the WebTrac Instructions Page
WebTrac is the system that enables you to
register online for programs and activities offered by the Amherst Leisure
Services and Supplemental Education Department.

At the Welcome page,
click "Continue to Login."

Enter your User Name
(your household identification number)* and your password and click "Sign In."

To register for an
activity, enter the 6-digit Activity Number and the 1-2 digit section letters
of the desired activity/program.

If you don't know
the activity number, you may click on "Sort by Activity Type" or "Sort by
Activity Number" links to get a list of programs. You may also click on
"Search" to search for a program by other criteria.

Click on the
Activity Number of the program you with to enroll in.

Select the family
member that you wish to enroll from the "Family Member to Enroll" pull-down
box.

Please tell us how
you found out about the class for which you are enrolling by selecting from
the "How did you find out about this class?" box.

Click on the "Add to
Cart" icon.
-
Answer any questions
that may come up and click "submit." If no options come up, proceed to
#10.

Click on "Continue
Shopping", "View Shopping Cart" or "Proceed to Checkout."

When you have
finished adding to your shopping cart and have clicked on "Proceed to
Checkout," enter your 16-digit credit card number (Mastercard, Visa or
Discover only) with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit
expiration date (e.g., 0506 for May, 2006)

Review your billing
information and click on the "GO" button to begin the payment authorization
process.

Next review the
on-screen warning, click the "Continue" button, You MUST WAIT until your
receipt appears before trying to navigate in your browser.

Click the "OK"
button to view a copy of your receipt.

Your receipt should
appear in your browser and you can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk
icon) your receipt for your records.

Once you have closed
your receipt, your transaction is complete and you can select from 3 options:
"Back to our home page", "More Shopping", or "Finished."

At the Welcome page, click

To pay an existing balance, select
the "My Account" option on the left sidebar and then select "Pay Old
Balances."

You will see a listing of all of
the classes for which you owe. Just click on the shopping cart icon next to
the activity for which you wish to pay.

Now the system will pop up a
decision box. Click on "OK" to pay for another activity (Go back to step #4),
or click on "Cancel" to proceed to checkout and step #7.

First, the system will allow you to
review all of the payment selections that you have made. If you are satisfied
with your selections, then click on "Proceed to Checkout."

Enter your 16-digit credit card

*Generally, any household that has signed up
for an activity with the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services
since June 1, 2001, will have an account in our database. If you are unsure
whether you are in our system, please call 413-259-3065 and ask one of our staff
members.
