The Leisure Services and Supplemental Education Department of the Town of
Amherst is pleased to offer WebTrac, our online registration system. WebTrac
allows everyone:
- To browse our activity listings
- To search for activities by: type, age range, location, and other criteria
- To lookup details about any activity, e.g. prices, dates, times,
locations, or even current enrollment numbers
WebTrac also allows households that are already established in our
registration database* to do the following:
- Enroll for most of our classes and activities.
- Pay existing balances.
- Print a transaction history
- Reprint old receipts

For Day Camps and Sports
Camps
Current immunization (signed by a Dr. or
nurse) and medical exam (within the past 2 years to the date of the camp, also
signed) need to be on file at our office prior to submitting an online
registration. These are required for all sports and Outdoor/LIT camps at the
time of registration. Registrations will not be accepted without proper medical

To begin using the system, just click the link below:
*If you are a current
LSSE customer and have a valid email account on file with us,
you should have received your User ID and Password via your email account.
If you are a new
customer or did not receive an email from us and you would like to get a
User ID and Password, please call our office at 413-259-3065 and we'll be happy
to get you set up!
***Important
Notice about Ages***
Many of our programs have
a minimum age requirement. In order to enroll for activities via our web site,
we must have your date of birth (this includes adults as well as
children).
To Add/Change Birthdays
1. You must have a log on (see above instructions)
2. Go to My Account (on the header)
3. From there go to Change Family Member and add birthdays for all in your
household.
Once birthdates are on
file, you may continue and register for activities.
