 Customer Service Assistant-Work Study 

Amherst Leisure Services is looking for a work study to help with daily operations, including assisting low income customers on the phone or in person with class information, registration and fee reduction applications .Also answering phones, filling, data entry, registrations, ticket sales, computer input and other daily office tasks. Hours are flexible. 5-15 hours per week.

 Pay Rate: Work Study
 $8.60-$9per hour.

 Experience Required:

Familiarity with answering a multiline phone system in a busy office, customer service practices, Microsoft office programs and cash handling experience preferred.

ONE-ON-ONE AIDE JOBS, COMMUNITY SERVICE LEARNING, & INTERNSHIPS:
Available for Community Members, High School, and University Students

One-on-One Aide Registry: Part-time contract employment
Come sign onto our Registry to provide support to people with special needs in our programs. There are frequent requests to provide Aides in all our program areas- Adult Ed., Sports, Aquatics, After School Program and Camps. Jobs are available as requests are made, so get your name on the registry and let us know what dates and times you are available. Work study students welcome to apply. Forms available in the main office at LSSE.

Community Service Learning and Internships:
Companionships/Mentors: support peers with developmental disabilities at all age levels to participate fully in town and school events. (20-30 hours per school semester)
