Dedicated to the Baby in Each of Us...
The poignancy of a baby, come to find out, is as much about the experience and feelings elicited within those in her presence, as about the baby herself. When I see a newborn these days, I'll walk over and check her out. But I look as well into the faces of the parents, caregivers and families. What's there? Babies can remind and restore the most tender and precious parts of us. What a lesson they bring, what a gift!
As baby leaps forward toward self consciousness... we remember how to lose ourselves in her presence.
As baby grows into her own elegance, she brings out the elegance of spirit around her.
Well, I dare say we got the "cuteness" factor covered up here on Grassy Hill homestead... Believe it or not, we're even getting a little work done now and then! These pix be poor substitute for chillin' with the babe herself, but I'll post them anyway in case you've lost track of your "inner baby" or otherwise temporarily out of the loop. Peace.
