We offer three different billing options:

- E-Statement - Send us an Email to request this option
- Monthly Bill - a $5 service charge applies
We also accept PayPal (direct payments to billing@eclectechs.com)
International customers must pay by credit card, and current exchange rates are in effect. Transaction in U.S. Currency.
Billing Cycles
Account activated between 1st and 15th of month
- Full charge for current month
Account activated between 16th and end of month
- Half charge for current month
Credit/Debit cards will be charged on the first day of the month (or the next business day if this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday). If you choose to be billed monthly, you will receive a statement on or around the 1st of the month and your monthly payment is due by the 15th of the month.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.
In the event that you cancel your service, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the month. For example, if you notify us on the 1st, 15th or 31st that you would like to cancel, the effective date of cancellation is the last day of that month.
